·Cognitive-behavioral therapy for depression, anxiety related disorders (e.g. PTSD), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for personality disorders (e.g., borderline personality disorder)
· Mindfulness-based interventions for patients who suffer from depression and anxiety disorder
· In addition, our program is a training site for Duke University doctoral students, psychiatry residents, and psychology interns.
Potential patients receive comprehensive diagnostic interviews and assessments in advance of making any treatment recommendations. Clinicians interested in referring someone for assessment or treatment are welcome to call Dr. Michelle Pearce at 919-684-6182. Persons seeking clinical services also may call this number and will be asked to complete a brief telephone-screening interview before scheduling an initial appointment. Services are provided according to the guidelines provided by the Duke Private Diagnostic Clinic.
