Moria Smoski, Ph.D.

Moria Smoski, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral fellow with the Clinical Research Training in Geriatric Mood Disorders training program, mentored by Dr. Lynch at the CBRTP. Dr. Smoski received her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 2004. Dr. Smoski’s research interests include emotion expression and emotion regulation in individuals with depression and/or borderline personality disorder (BPD), as well as in non-clinical populations. Prior to completing her Ph.D., Dr. Smoski completed an internship in medical psychology at Duke University Medical Center. She currently coordinates research projects in the CBRTP Emotion Lab.
