Poster
presentations are accepted based on their relevancy to the conference
theme. Poster abstracts may be submitted along with conference
registration, or submitted directly to Grace Graham at
graha026@mc.duke.edu, or by
fax at (919) 668-5088. Please submit posters by September 29, 2006.
The fees
for this year's conference are as follows:
Early-Registration (by September 15, 2006) - $145
Late Registration (after September 15, 2006) - $180
Graduate/Postdoctoral Students - $70
Duke affiliates - call for rate information
We
accept Visa, Mastercard or check. Sorry, we cannot accept American
Express.
Fee
includes conference attendance, continental breakfast, lunch and
morning/afternoon refreshments, parking, and published conference
materials.

Cancellations/Refunds: Partial refund of registration fee will be
available upon written request. A $30 fee will be retained for
administrative costs.
Conferences are funded through registration fees, and donations from
pharmaceutical and tobacco companies.

The entire conference facility, including restrooms, is fully
accessible.

Executive Conference Center, is offering a special conference rate of

Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel is located approximately 4 miles from the
Friday Center. The conference
rate is $119.00 (single or double). In
order to confirm the conference rate, reservations must be made by
Wednesday, September 29, 2004. After
